Due to the custom nature of software development and digital services provided by Codexflow Systems, our refund policy is structured around project milestones and deliverables.
Payments for software development, UI/UX design, and consultation services are non-refundable once work on a specific milestone has commenced and been approved by the client. If a project is cancelled prior to the commencement of a paid milestone, a full refund for that specific, unstarted milestone will be issued.
Monthly cloud hosting and maintenance retainers can be cancelled with a 30-day written notice. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months used prior to cancellation.
If you are unsatisfied with a delivered project milestone, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work diligently to rectify the code or design to meet the agreed-upon project scope.
