Upon final payment for a custom software project, all custom-written source code, designs, and intellectual property explicitly created for your project will be transferred to you, the client. Codexflow Systems retains the right to reuse generic code libraries, open-source frameworks, and proprietary background technology used to assemble the final product.
The client agrees to provide timely feedback, necessary credentials, and content required for the successful completion of the software project. Delays in client communication may result in adjusted project timelines.
Codexflow Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use the software we develop, or from third-party server outages.
